Implementation Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK or Denver, CO
Position Type: Full-time
Compensation Range: $50,000-$75,000 base salary plus stock options. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors and may vary from the amount listed.

Develop and implement AI-powered risk assessment tools, collaborate with clients, and provide ongoing support to ensure accurate and actionable safety insights

What you bring to the team:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related fields
Experience in implementing technical solutions, customer success, or similar roles, preferably in AI or risk management solutions
Proficiency with SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini)
Strong communication skills and experience working directly with clients to deliver custom solutions
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus, but not required
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Proficiency in using work management platforms like Slack, Airtable, Linear, and Asana

This role operates in an office environment with a work-from-home element in our hybrid schedule. In the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this job, you will be required to view a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time and may involve travel to client offices and locations from time to time on an as-needed basis.
