National Safety Council
The NSC's research and injury data standards shape how the industry defines and measures a recordable, a near miss, and a leading indicator.
Why we are here
Safety Radar turns frontline reports into visibility, action, and trust for the teams responsible for stopping risk before it becomes harm.
Our mission
Crews notice the near miss, the worn cable, the shortcut taken under deadline. But that signal usually dies in a clipboard, a text thread, or a spreadsheet no one opens until after something has already gone wrong.
Safety Radar exists to close that gap. We make reporting effortless enough that crews actually use it, then turn every report into real-time risk intelligence that reaches the people who can act, before a hazard becomes an incident.
Partners and affiliations
Safety practice moves through its professional bodies: the research, the recordkeeping standards, and the continuing education our customers' teams are measured against. We hold memberships so we are learning from that work rather than guessing at it.

Hidden field signals belong in one live operating picture, not buried in legacy systems and email chains.
Outcomes, security posture, and field relevance carry more weight than promises or polish.
Executive clarity has to connect to the crew on site, or it is just another dashboard nobody trusts.
Safety work cannot wait on red tape. We build for the speed and discipline of an operations room.
Award-winning technology
Safety Radar has been recognized by Oklahoma's innovation and research community, and by the energy industry it was built for, for advancing how high-risk operations surface and act on field risk.
